Office Manager

The Kianh Foundation is a small, UK charity, working with children with disability in Hoi And and  Dien Ban. They are looking to hire an Office Manager for their office in Hoi An.  The person will act as translator and interpreter and will need to be able to translate letters and documents to government officials accurately, and interpret clearly and confidently in meetings between the foreign directors of the charity and Vietnamese government officials. The person will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and should have the ability to facilitate the work of the charity within Vietnam.

There is a lot of potential for growth in this role for the right person.
Essential:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good administration skills
- Good computer skills
- Confident enough to deal with government officials on a regular basis
- Reliable and honest
- Has initiative

Qualifications requirement: University education, any field.
Work experience: At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment. Experience of working with government officials or foreigners desirable but not essential.
Deadline: End August 2010. The successful applicant would be expected to start work sometime in September.
