Program Finance Officer

In Vietnam, ActionAid operates in over 20 provinces in mountainous and remote regions, including urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City since 1989 in the fields of education, women’s rights, HIV/AIDS, governance and food rights.

ActionAid Vietnam (AAV) is seeking to recruit a well-qualified and experienced Vietnamese citizen for the following position:
PROGRAMME FINANCE OFFICER (2 positions):
The post is offered on an open-ended contract, based in Hanoi office with frequent travel to the fields.

Job purpose summary:   Provide technical supports to partners in financial management and reporting.
Reports to:                  Head of Finance and Administration

The requirements:     
- University degree in finance and accounting or relevant field
- At least 3 years working experience in relevant field, NGO working experience is preferable
- Familiar with International accounting, particularly charity accounting and accounting softwares
- Experience with financial reports and financial monitoring skills
- Immediate level of English
- Transparent, patient, friendly and discipline
- Adherence to rights-based approach, poverty and injustice eradication, gender equality.
