Project Officer

STDs/HIV/AIDS Prevention Center (SHAPC) is one of very first Vietnamese NGOs working in the fields of community health and development since 1998. They are urgently looking for a qualified candidate for the following position: Project Officer (male only)

Job Description
Ensure that the activities under the project are implemented within the time limit envisaged in the project and have achieved the agreed targets
Monitor project implementation at grass root level
Liaise with key project stakeholders
Assist in preparing quarter and financial reports;
Complete and store all the records pertaining to the project and its activities
Other duties as reasonable requested by the project manager.

Requirement:
University in public health, social sciences or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in development project
Must be flexible and able to work on own initiative and interact effectively with external contacts
Good project planning, management, budget and report  writing skills
Good understanding and experience in HIV related issues
Understanding about MSM related issue will be a plus. Priority will be given to MSM
Good interpersonal skills

Salary: 5 000 000 VND (depending on qualification and working experience)
