Regional Finance Assistant

With projects and offices in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam, WWF Greater Mekong Programme Office is working to conserve 600,000 km2 of mainland Asia's most biologically diverse, economically significant and threatened forests and rivers, which are found in the Mekong Region and home to more than 300 million people in Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
WWF Greater Mekong Programme Office (GMPO) is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Regional Finance Assistant, based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Regional Finance Assistant provides support to the Regional Finance Officer in accounting process of WWF GMPO including the data consolidation from all country offices and at the regional itself, and in managing the third party and donor contracts, bank accounts management, finance reporting, etc.
Key requirements are:
- University degree in finance and accounting or business management;
- 2 years of working experience in similar role for international organisations;
- Understanding of local accounting and finance system is preferable;
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure of deadline;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and native language;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and functional software.
Salary range: US$ 2,182 – US$ 3,060 per year (gross)
