Vacancy: Temporary Project Assistant
Based in Hanoi

They are looking for a Vietnamese candidate for the position of short-term Project Assistant for Reproductive Health and HIV prevention education for secondary school student project. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi with travels to project sites.

Job Purpose
Under supervision of project manager and officers the post is responsible to assist the program staff in project management and logistical issues to ensure the quality implementation of Save the Children HIV Project Activities in project sites of Vietnam, including administrative, logistic, financial and technical support.

Key Competencies 
- University degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., social sciences, public health
- 01 year of experience with project administration, particularly related to HIV prevention for young people, preferred.
- Previous experience in interpersonal communication activities related to HIV prevention highly desirable
- Willingness to take on new challenges, to learn and share experiences with colleagues, partners, and supervisors
- Strong teamwork skills as well as independent initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal, communicational and organizational skills
- English language skills
- Good computing skills (word processing, spread sheets, email).
- Ability to travel to project sites;
