Thai Nguyen Province Starts to Build VND7B Water Plant

The northern province of Thai Nguyen has started to build a water plant costing VND7 billion ($368,400) in Dai Tu district’s Cat Ne commune. Once operational in 2011, the plant is expected to supply clean water for 3,000 people in the commune.
