Thousands of Families in Quang Tri Province Lacking Clean Water

Thousands of families in the central province of Quang Tri’s Dakrong and Huong Hoa districts are lacking clean water after Typhoon Ketsana damaged 91 water-supply facilities. They are also exposed to breakout of contagious diseases.
