The Centre for Community Empowerment - CECEM is a not-for-profit organization, registered under the South East Asia Research Association of Vietnam. CECEM have over 14 years of working experience in the field of training and consultancy for development projects in Vietnam. For the organization development purpose, CECEM is currently seeking a Vietnamese National to fill the position of Trainer.
