Lemna International, the U.S. infrastructure development group, has received a license from Vietnam’s central province of Thua Thien-Hue to build a waste treatment and recycling complex in Huong Tra district. The provincial authorities have assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to guide the group to complete all procedures, the Dau tu newspaper reported Feb. 8, giving no detail on the project’s cost. Lemna International previously invested $10 million worth of equipment into a $53 million solid waste treatment plant in Ho Chi Minh City.
