Vacancies at Winrock International

Effective with the release of this announcement, Winrock International is seeking applications from highly qualified Cambodian senior and mid-level component managers, technical experts, project officers and professional staff for possible positions in Cambodia. They are recruiting for both long-term and short-term assignment opportunities in Phnom Penh and possible field-based offices. Positions are contingent upon receipt of donor funding and may include more than one vacancy. Written and spoken fluency in English is required for all positions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
Education:    Bachelor or Masters Degree in Natural Resource Management, Fisheries, Water Resources, Forestry, Agriculture, Climate Change, Development Studies, or other relevant international development field.
Work Experience:     Minimum 5 years relevant technical or management experience with natural resource management and/or economic growth projects in Cambodia.
USAID experience highly desired

Skills:    Winrock seeks applications from technical and professional candidates with experience working on international development projects in one or more of the following sectors:
Natural Resource Management (NRM)
Watershed ManagementWinrock International
Capture fisheries and/or aquaculture
Tropical Forestry
Agroforestry
Community-based NRM
Climate change adaptation and mitigation; including CDM, REDD, and other mechanisms
Environmental monitoring
Sustainable landscape development
Capacity building in the above sectors

Candidates must have strong English skills.
