Vietnam Firm Starts Building $2M Int’l Preschool in Quang Ninh Province

Thuy Linh Joint Stock Company began to build an international preschool worth over $2 million in Ha Long City, Vietnam’s northern province of Quang Ninh on Nov 26. This will be the first preschool of this kind in the locality, the Lao Dong newspaper reported Nov 27, giving no details about schedule of the school construction. Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the construction of Ha Long University. Covering total area of 43.4 hectares, Ha Long University will comprise modern lecture halls, dormitory complex, and other training facilities.
