Vietnam Province Seeking More Investment for $59M Health Projects

Nghe An province in central Vietnam is calling on the Vietnamese government to increase g-bonds for health projects costing VND1.121 trillion ($59 million) in Vinh City, the state-run Vietnam News Agency said. Of the total, VND1 trillion will be used to build a general hospital with 700 sick-beds, VND119 billion to upgrade the children hospital and VND2 billion to purchase medical equipment for the mental hospital, and the TB and lung hospital. This is part of the city’s project to build a hi-tech medical center in the northern central region.
