Vietnam Province Starts Building $2.93M Hospital

Vietnam’s central province of Quang Ngai Mar. 23 started building a general hospital named Dang Thuy Tram that costs VND56 billion ($2.93 million) worth of g-bonds in Duc Pho Township. Covering on a site of 23,973 sq.m, the hospital is upgraded from the Duc Pho General Hospital, the Nhan Dan online newspaper reported. The hospital is expected to be operational in 2011, contributing to raise the quality of healthcare services for locals. Vietnam now has 13,600 state and private-owned hospitals with 172,500 sickbeds.
