Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund Supports Ethnic Students Over Past 11 Years

Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund has provided ethnic students with 30,000 scholarships over the past eleven years. So far the fund has built 24 classrooms and four toilets as well as ten teachers’ rooms for schools in provinces of Tra Vinh, Soc Trang, Tien Giang, Thanh Hoa, and constructed clean water facilities for Xin Man and Ha Giang boarding schools. Last year the fund marked the 10-year establishment anniversary and celebrated the 60th birthday of Hero Vu A Dinh. The fund also built a bronze statue and a book library in the  name of Vu A Dinh for Mong people in his native land of Pu Nhung commune in Tuan Giao district in Dien Bien province. This year the fund has signed deals with a number of sponsors such as SHB Bank, VinaCapital to raise funds to support ethnic students.
