Facilitation Skills for Development (FSD)

Asia-Pacific Development Communication Centre (ADCC) are pleased to annouced the upcoming training course on Facilitation Skills for Development (FSD) which will be scheduled on 19-29 September 2011. Enclosed please find the application form and FSD course description.
The course emphasizes training knowledge and skills to achieve organizational management change and development. Participants will be acquainted with the key elements and factors for change and development, as it will influence the nature and challenges associated with designing and planning training programmes. The course content covers participatory training methods and techniques including essential skills on how to motivate, involve, and stimulate people in the learning process along with the necessary attitudes required for being an effective trainer. Training of Trainers for Change and Development is learner-centered training that sets a framework for participants to learn through presentations, exchange of experiences, practical exercises and role playing.
 The course fee for this training course is 1800 USD per person. The course fee covers the costs of tuition, teaching materials, transportation to and from the airport, and lunch and refreshments during sessions. In addition, transport and meals during field trips outside of Bangkok will be provided. The course fees does not include accommodations, dinners, transportation for personal purpose, visa and air ticket.
