Train the Trainer
Sambodhi Research & Management Institute is pleased to announce the training programme “Train the Trainer” to be held at New Delhi from 15th-17th March 2012.
Capacity development has been understood to be one of the key drivers for development interventions to ensure multiplier effects and sustained outcomes. To anchor capacity development initiatives it is imperative to create a resource pool of practitioners that are well versed in the art and science of training. This programme is designed to enhance knowledge and skill of trainers for effective design and delivery of trainings.
The course shall provide:
- 18-24 hours of classroom interaction
- Reading and reference material
- Follow-on support services through electronic media
