On the occasion of the International Human Rights Day 2024, the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam is pleased to inform you that a Call for Proposals to award Grants to Civil Society Organisations has been published. The call reference number is 183017.

The deadline for the submission of Concept Notes is 6 February 2025 at 12:00 Brussels time (18:00 Vietnam time).
Preparation: To help applicants familiarise themselves with the system before the online submission, an online information session will be organised on 18 December 2024 at 9:00 Vietnam time.
Should you be interested in this session, please send an email by 15 December 2024 to [email protected], indicating: name, surname, nationality and email address of the persons who are going to participate as well as their organisation.
The concept note, full application and supporting documents must be submitted online via PROSPECT https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/online-services/#/ following the instructions given in the PROSPECT user manual.
