02 Lawyers/senior Counsels
Job Description:
- Review agreements, contracts and other legal documents;
- Prepare legal documents and procedures relating to setting up the Company, changes in company’s capital, shareholder, investment, M&A;
- Provide legal advice and implement legal solutions on litigation, arbitration and other practices to corporate and individual Clients’ cases;
- Prepare and provide legal advices/opinion in response to client’s queries in various matters; to draft all kinds of documents and collect evidences for the full litigation dossier to be submitted to the Courts/Arbitration organization or State authorities;
- Attend meetings with clients/other third parties; represent clients in negotiations process and for the litigation procedures at the Court/Arbitration;
- Establish and maintain contacting with clients to identify and understand clients’ objectives/requirement;
- Liaise with courts, governmental authorities to seek the related information and/or the required proofs for the handled cases as well as to follow up the on going cases;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through Company’s profile database;
- Other duties as assigned by Company.

Job requirements:
- English Fluency;
- Ability to draft various contracts in English and Vietnamese land law, enterprise law, investment law, construction law, securities law, real estate related laws, etc;
- Familiarity and expertise in the areas of corporate work, foreign investment, finance and tax, securities, real estate, etc;
- Certificate of Lawyer Profession and experience is a plus;
- Good skills in reasoning, legal analysis, communication and negotiation;
- Business-oriented, independent mind with good ability of risk analyzing in reviewing business transactions;
- Strong sense of responsibility, self confident, cautious, upright and highly motivated personality.
