02 National Consultants (01 team leader, 01 team member)

The Sub-Project Management Unit of Project “Support for the implementation of Resolution No. 80/NQ-CP on directions for sustainable poverty reduction (2011 – 2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012 – 2015)” aims at supporting for Resolution No. 80 of the Government of Vietnam on directions for sustainable poverty reduction (2011 – 2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012 – 2015). The project is funded by UNDP and co-funded by Irish Government with a counterpart fund from the Government of Vietnam. Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) is the implementing agency of the project, Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEMA)/Department of Ethnic Minority Policy is co-implementing agencies. The project is implemented from May September 2012 to December 2016 under National Implementing Methodology (NIM). The PMU of the Sub-Project “Support for the implementation of Resolution No. 80/NQ- CP on directions for sustainable poverty reduction (2011 – 2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012 – 2015)” at CEMA is currently looking for 02 qualified candidates to work as National Consultants for providing technical assistance for development of detailed project outlines for Project 2 under NTP-SPR (2012 -2015).
