03 Short-Term Individual Consultants to Analyse the Data on HIV/AIDS and the HIV/AIDS Situation of Provinces

“Vietnam HIV/AIDS Prevention Project” funded by the World Bank and DFID is 7 - year Project in order to support the key objectives of Government of Vietnam’s National HIV/AIDS strategy. Central Project Management Unit - Ministry of Health invites qualified and eligible candidates to express their interest for 03short-term individual consultants supporting Central Project Management Unit to to analyse the data on HIV/AIDS and the HIV/AIDS situation of each province among 32 project provinces/cities.

Requirements:
Consultant should:
- Have a bachelor degree
- The proven capacity to conduct evaluative research with skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, especially in investigation of the knowledge, attitude and behavior.
- At least 02 years of experience in HIV/AIDS prevention and ability in synthesizing and analyzing data.
- Experience in assessment, program analysis, epidemiological analysis;
- Ability to work in difficult field environments;
- Knowledge of the health system of Vietnam;
- Ability and experience in writing report (in both Vietnamese and English);
- Experience working well with the provinces/cities and the relevant units: VAAC, MOH, international donors are advantages priority.
