The project “Strengthening the resilience of poor population through climate change adaptive livelihoods” was funded by Bread for the World (BftW) and Action on Poverty (AOP) in Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province. The Consultative Institute for Socio-Economic Development of Rural and Mountainous Areas (CISDOMA) implemented the project from July 2022 to June 2025.
CISDOMA is seeking a Vietnamese consultant team to implement Project Final Evaluation. Please refer to the attached TOR for more information.
