Accounting Assistant / Cashier

World Vision International – Vietnam (WVV) invites Vietnamese competent candidates for the following position:

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT/CASHIER (01 position), work base: Hanoi.

Main Responsibilities:

- To support WV Vietnam in maintaining high standards of financial stewardship.
- To assist the Finance and Administration Director in ensuring that financial records comply with WV Financial Policies and Procedures, by accurately processing and reviewing journal entries and vouchers, proper management and control is maintained for all cash transactions and providing support to achieve all Finance Department and audit requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree
- Background in Accounting or Business Administration
- Basic Knowledge of accounting and finance
- Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team environment; 
- Good English skills (both spoken and written);
- Good computer skills
- Experience in the proper procedures of recording and handling of cash.
