Admin, Finance & Human Resource Manager

Caritas is seeking a highly qualified and self-motivated person for the position of Admin, Finance & Human Resource Manager to ensure the correct financial management of the Country Programme, professional office policy regulation development and compliance, office administration as well as the competent human resource for the effective development and  implementation of Caritas Switzerland (CaCH) Country Program in Vietnam; and as member of the Management Team, to support the CR in decision making for  the overall country program and office management in Vietnam. ToR is attached for details.
