Administration and Finance Assistant

ECF helps to prevent and cure blindness and visual impairment in developing countries. Since 2008, our field office in Ho Chi Minh City has been supporting 9 provinces and 2 cities in developing sustainable eye care services.

We are now seeking for a suitable candidate for the position Administration and Finance Assistant (full-time)

Working place: our office in Ho Chi Minh City.

Main responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day office management
  • Perform financial & administrative tasks of the office
  • Assist in the financial management of all ECF supported projects in Vietnam
  • Support activities contributing to the progress of the ECF projects including
  • Organizing workshops, assisting in purchasing equipment, updating social media etc.

Key requirements:

  • Graduate in accounting, business administration, finance
  • Minimum 01 year professional work experience including administration and finance,
  • preferably in public health, NGO environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English
  • Computer literacy; experience in working with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good organizational skills and accurate, ability to meet deadlines
  • Proper attitude to various partners and strong social skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Interested in social media and communication activities
