Administration Assistant

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) works with the Vietnam Authority of HIV/AIDS Control (VAAC) to help build the medical and public health infrastructure to address the HIV epidemic in Vietnam. We work in particular to strengthen care and treatment programs, improve the HIV-associated laboratory system, and address prevention of transmission from HIV-infected mothers to their children (PMTCT).  

CHAI seeks to hire a full-time Administration Assistant to assist with office management.

Work place:  Hanoi, Vietnam

Responsibilities:
Perform all administrative duties as needed, including answering phones, running errands, maintaining office supplies, scanning and coping documents, etc.
Serve as an assistant to the office manager and to all the programming staff

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Strong computer skills (Word and Excel) and competency in electronic communication
- Very responsible and reliable
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help others
- Prior experience working with international organization preferred
- Good English and Vietnamese language skills preferred

Salary:   Based on skills and experience. Duration: Through 31 December 2011 and extendable based on performance and funding.
