ADP Managers; Project Assistant - WatSan; Dien Bien Cluster Officer

World Vision International - Vietnam invites Vietnamese competent candidates for the following positions:

1. ADP MANAGER (02 positions) working for the Area Development Program (ADP) in Van Yen district and Tram Tau district, Yen Bai province.
Area Development Program (ADP) is an approach to child focused development, emphasizing the process of community participation, sustainability, and integrating activities in the areas of food security, agriculture, micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.

Main Responsibilities:
This position provides overall leadership and management to the program in accordance with relevant strategies (e.g. national strategy, sectoral strategies, disaster preparedness plan, etc.), policies (e.g. Human Resources, Finance and Child Protection policies etc.), and standards (e.g. Integrated Programming Model, LEAP, child sponsorship, etc.).

Requirements:
- University graduate in any field, preferably in education, health, community development, or social work.
- 4 years relevant work experience in community development including demonstrated capacity in program management. Experience in program implementation, community mobilization and participatory approach would be an advantage. Knowledge and experience in capacity building for local stakeholders/partners.
- Well-developed presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, exercise judgment, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience in managing and supervising staff.
- Well-developed written and oral communications skills in Vietnamese and English, particularly report writing skills.
- Good computer skills (word processing, excel and power point).
- Willingness to work at the project sites (district level) with frequent travel.

2. PROJECT ASSISTANT – WATSAN (1 position) working for the Area Development Program (ADP) in Yen Thuy district, Hoa Binh province
Main Responsibilities:
- The position supports World Vision Vietnam to improve the children and the local people‘s health status through improving awareness on water and sanitation and increasing access, availability, and utilization of clean water and sanitation in the targeted commune in Yen Thuy district, Hoa Binh province.
- The position assists the ADP Manager in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of project activities to achieve stipulated objectives, to expand the WASH suitable models into the ADP and to transfer the ownership of the project’s development to the community when the project ends.

Requirements:
- University graduate in any field, preferably in environment sector, water and sanitation, public health, or community development.
- 1 year relevant work experience in Community Development.
- Computer literacy, particularly use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fair English skills, with good reading and report writing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, especially with rural children and grassroots people.
- Ability to function well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work at the project sites (district level) with frequent travel.

3. DIEN BIEN CLUSTER OFFICER - Health/Watsan/HIV-AIDS (1 position), work base: in the district of Dien Bien province (Muong Cha, or Tuan Giao, or Tua Chua, or Dien Bien Dong)

Main Responsibilities:
This position supports WVV to implement its overall strategic direction to maximize the quality and impact of WVV programs in Health, in the ADPs in Dien Bien province;
This position leads the process of identifying, developing, testing, implementing and mainstreaming best practices in Health, Watsan, HIV/AIDS in the ADPs in Dien Bien province;
This position provides technical support, advice, and capacity building opportunities to WVV staff and partners to enhance the quality of Health, Watsan, HIV/AIDS activities;

Requirements:
- University graduate in relevant disciplines like Public Health, Environment, or Community Development field.
- 2 - 3 years experience in working in the area of community development and/or with non-governmental organization. 
- Experience of and demonstrated ability to effectively network with a diverse range of multi-lateral, and government bodies;
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating projects and ensuring that recommendations are implemented.
- Good reading and report writing skills in English.
- Good computer skills (word processing, excel and power point).
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, exercise judgment, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Have Research ability and interest
- Willing to learn to advance career in Health, Watsan, HIV/AIDS fields;
- Willingness to work at the project sites (district level) with frequent travel.

4.DIEN BIEN CLUSTER OFFICER - Agriculture & Economic Development (1 position), work base: in Tua Chua district, Dien Bien province 
Main Responsibilities:
This position supports WVV to implement its overall strategic direction to maximize the quality and impact of WVV programs in Agriculture and Economic Development in the ADPs in Dien Bien province;
This position leads the process of identifying, developing, testing, implementing and mainstreaming best practices in Agriculture and Economic Development in the ADPs in Dien Bien province;
This position provides technical support, advice, and capacity building opportunities to WVV staff and partners to enhance the quality of Agriculture and Economic Development activities;
This position assists the ADP Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities of Economic Development Project of Tua Chua ADP.

Requirements:
- University graduate in relevant disciplines like Agriculture, Economic, or Community Development field.
- 2 - 3 years experience in working in the area of community development and/or with non-governmental organization. 
- Experience of and demonstrated ability to effectively network with a diverse range of multi-lateral, and government bodies;
