JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to plan and implement, operate the organic farm project, including the vegetables, fruits and livestock (scale 5-10ha) - Have the knowledge in the technical spraying/drop irrigation, hydroponic, aquaponis,… and can be applying on the farm.

• Research and proposal the technical inputs for the technical approach design the suitable plans and project models to ensure its alignment with the strategy of Maison Chance Organization.

• Supervise all aspects of the production and delivery of agricultural products from seed until to harvest.

• Prepare and present technical reports, meet with clients, and communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Good verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese), with knowledge French is an advantage.

• Excellent relationship skills; ability to manage and nurture relationship both internally and externally.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (in particular Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Willing to travel to project sites on a regular basis.
