In order to accomplish this we require all data in FHI 360 travelers Passenger Name Records (PNR’s) captured by your agency. The selected agency is to build traveler profiles into the reservation system. The data feed normally includes traveler passport #, email address, telephone #, employee ID; and other records of employee travel preferences such as seats, special meals, airline preferences, frequent flyer numbers, etc. This way, the information will not need to be provided each time a reservation is made.
- The selected agency provides FHI 360 with a 24-hour travel emergency phone number that can be distributed to employees. Such a phone number will guarantee a traveler with an emergency after normal business hours.
