Coffey International Development is an international development consulting firm focused on making a difference by improving lives in communities around the world.
We are managing the AusAID-funded Australian Scholarships for Development in Vietnam (ASDiV) program which provides Vietnam with additional higher learning and leadership capability in priority development areas. We are seeking applications from Vietnamese nationals to fill the position of Alumni Manager.

The Position

The Alumni Manager plays a key role in the post-award and re-integration phase of the Australia Awards scholarship cycle focusing on post-return support for Australia Awards Alumni and assisting with activities to monitor and evaluate the development impact of the scholarships.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Facilitating the formation of a national Australia Awards Alumni Network organization in Vietnam;
- Developing and managing the ASDiV strategy and program of support for the Australia Awards Alumni Network in Vietnam;
- Planning, implementing and reporting on alumni professional development activities, such as conferences, training workshops and seminars, and large social events;
- Promoting and implementing the Small Grants Scheme for Alumni;
- Assisting  with the maintenance of  the Alumni database; and
- Assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of the development impact of Alumni as set out in the ASDiV M&E Strategy and Plan.

The Person

To be considered, you must have post-graduate qualification(s) from a university in Australia and knowledge of the Australian education system. You will have experience in public relations, promotions and/or marketing and in organizing events such as seminars. Experience in conducting surveys and in monitoring and evaluation desirable. You should have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and a high level communication skills in English.
