THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) SERVICES, VIETNAM. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE.

This solicitation will be for companies that can perform Quality Assurance Engineer & Inspection Services. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced.

U.S. Embassy Vietnam hereby invites interested and legally eligible quality  assurance companies who can provide QA services in Vietnam for design build construction projects. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding one contract for the required Quality Assurance Engineer & Inspection Services (QA) under the Reference Solicitation: W911KB23R0042 in support of various Humanitarian Assistance project sites in Vietnam.

To obtain information, interested and eligible companies are strongly encouraged to visit U.S. Embassy Vietnam’s website and contact [email protected]  prior to the solicitation posting in April 2023. The solicitation will be posted in late April on U.S. Embassy Vietnam’s website. Interested and eligible companies are highly encouraged to visit the website and/or contact the US Army Corps of Engineer’s Asia Office at [email protected] to receive instructions for submitting a proposal. Companies are responsible for all costs and fees associated with preparation of proposals.

If the project is cancelled, all proposal preparation costs will be borne by the offeror.
