Audit Firm to Conduct Auditing Services for iDE

iDE (www.ideglobal.org) is a U.S.-based international NGO implementing development programs in Africa, Asia and Central America. In Vietnam, since 1991, employing a market facilitation approach with strong partnerships at local and national government levels, iDE has implemented projects in pro-poor value chain development, low-cost technology commercialization in rural agriculture, water supply, sanitation and most recently in urban plastic waste circular economy. iDE Vietnam focuses on building the capacity of government partners and private sector actors to effectively scale market-based solutions to increase income, reduce poverty, enhance climate resilience, improve health and environment.

iDE Vietnam invites interested firms to submit their proposals to the two following audits:

1. Annual audit for iDE Vietnam’s DMDP project with the attached “Term of Reference for iDE Vietnam DMDP project annual audit 2021”
2. iDE Vietnam’s statutory audit with the attached “Term of Reference for iDE Vietnam annual audit 2021”

A separate proposal is required for each audit. The two audits should be conducted at the same time. A separate final report must be submitted for each audit. Proposals, related documents and final reports must be in English.

Proposals should be on a fixed-price basis, with the best price initially.
