Baseline Survey Consultancy

Within the framework of a Gender sensitive Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) project, the French Red Cross and the Vietnam Red Cross are now looking for a skilled consultant or company (national or international) to implement the initial baseline survey of the project. This 42 months project aims at building safer and more resilient communities for ethnic minority people in 12 communes and wards of Son La and Lai Chai Provinces.
