Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) one of the world’s largest mine action organizations, is expanding its operations in Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. The project will consist of survey and clearance teams, working throughout the province. The project Office is located in Dong Ha city. The project is supported primarily by the US Department of State and with the commencement of the programme there is a need to procure the equipment listed below.
Norwegian Peoples Aid Vietnam invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following equipment

Lot 1:
Description:       TOYOTA STATION WAGON, 4WD, DIESEL, 13 SEATER VEHICLE 
Quantity:            Ten units

Lot 2:
Description:    TOYOTA PICK UP, 4WD, DIESEL, DOUBLE CAB VEHICLE
Quantity:        Two units

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with bidding procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement guidelines, and is open to all eligible bidders worldwide.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of ITB documents by email upon request to the address given below, or alternatively by hand from the NPA RENEW Project Office Dong Ha, Vietnam 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. 

Bids must be delivered to the physical address given below before COB 27.02.2015

Bids will be opened only in the presence of NPA Vietnam Bidding Committee at the address below on 03.03.2015
