Business Development Coordinator

RCEE Energy and Environment is inviting applications for the position of MEET-BIS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
MEET-BIS PROJECT -- GENERAL DESCRIPTION
MEET-BIS is the abbreviation for ‘Mainstreaming Energy Efficiency through Business Innovation Support’.
MEET-BIS is a four-year project funded by the Switch Asia program of the EC and implemented by a consortium of two Vietnamese and three Dutch partner organisations: RCEE, IBCI, AdaPPPt,
Aidenvironment and ETC Foundation. The project objective is to promote sustainable production of urban based small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. The MEET-BIS project aims to assist key private sector players to develop commercial markets for their energy and water efficiency products targeting SMEs.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS - Under the supervision of the Dutch Project Manager (PM):
The Business Support Developer will support technology suppliers in the field of energy efficiently and water saving products with developing and enlarging their SME market share. The work requires dynamic interaction with Suppliers and SMEs. The position will work under the direct supervision of the Partnership Coordinator.

Specific responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a network of technology suppliers on sales and marketing management level.
Develop operational and tactical marketing and sales activities and plans for technology suppliers.
- Analyze and research markets.
- Demonstrate to suppliers how to gather market information.
- Develop and apply marketing tools and materials.
- Develop and introduce distribution networks.
- Create awareness with SMEs through seminars, exhibitions, success stories.
Advice and build capacity with sales and technical staff on marketing and sales tactics.
Develop and improve after sales service and customer service & satisfaction.
Indentify and engage business development support activities already in the market, other projects/
programs, sector associations and the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness of implemented support activities.
The ideal candidate should have:
Qualifications
Preferably Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or other relevant study.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a business environment.
Experience with business development support, sales and marketing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Be able to liaise on management level,
Interest in Energy efficiency and water saving technology.
Good reporting skills, good organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and Internet).

Salary offered
The net salary offered ranges from 12'000'000 VND to 15'000'000 VND per month and depends on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be employed through the project's local partner, RCEE JSC (www.rcee.vn)
