Established in Vietnam in January 2009, Live&Learn’s mission is to reduce poverty and foster greater understanding and action towards a sustainable future through education, community mobilization and supportive partnerships. Live&Learn is also a member of Live&Learn Environmental Education (www.livelearn.org), with rich working experience in sustainable community development and education in the Asia-Pacific.

Essential requirements

• Working experience with youths or in NGOs is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Good computer applications and social networking skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Facebook...)
• Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team and to work independently
• A keen interest in climate change and disaster risk reduction
• Enthusiasm in for interactive training delivery and materials development
• Willingness to learn and share with a range of stakeholders, and work in the community
• Knowledge about graphics, design is an advantage

Experience in education and training not essential, but is desirable. We seek an individual who has a strong willingness and ability to learn, ability to think outside the box and to identify potential education opportunities.
