Call for Application of Video Production

Project Integration of Gender Equality in Decent Work Legislation and policies in Vietnam is an ODA Project funded by the Spanish Development Cooperation Agency (AECID).  The overall objective of the project is to integrate gender equality into decent work legislation, policies and programs and support vulnerable groups in the framework of the implementation of strategic priorities in the Socio Economic Development Plan of Vietnam 2011-2015 as well in the National Strategy and National Target Program on Gender Equality and the integration process of Vietnam in ASEAN in social protection issues.

We are currently seeking a consultant/team of consultants based in Vietnam:

- To produce five mini-video clips of 1-2 minutes length each addressing five major topics for the project:

• Work-life Balance
• Gender Wage Gap
• Equal opportunities in the Vocational Training Colleagues
• Gender equality at the university education level
• Gender equality in the new SI Law

- To produce one promotional video of 5 minutes length about the project
- To ensure TV broadcasting of the 5 mini video clips at a national TV Channel
- To design a Communicative Plan to better disseminate the video clips and enhance the visibility of the project

The Technical proposal should include –but not limited to-the following outline:

1.Understanding of the TORs
2.Scope of work and Approach proposed
3.Main Features of the Video-clips (including information about the proposed content, images and edition)
4.Financial Proposal (including only the cost of the consultancy and the cost of the TV broadcasting in a National TV channel)
5.Experience of the consultant/s (including samples of similar communication materials recently created)
6.List of referents

Deadline to receive applications is 20th December 2014.
