SNV has been working in Viet Nam since 1995, and currently has 50 national and international staff. We are now seeking Executive Search and Selection Firms/ Organizations to source the highly qualified candidates who have working experience for INGOs, especially in the field agri-food, energy, and water systems to work for SNV Vietnam.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

• Coordinating with SNV for understanding the detailed assignment, TORs as well as hiring needs;
• Tracking and identifying prospective candidates;
• First assessment of candidates for ensuring the organization compatibility, qualification match, and cultural fit;
• Conducting the first interviews and references check (if any);
• Presenting a shortlist of qualified candidates (5 candidates) and providing their profile summaries in detail for SNV’s evaluation and interview;
• Offering guidance and facilitating negotiation throughout the recruiting process.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least minimum of 8 years’ operating in Vietnam market.
• Sound knowledge of the job market, the challenges and opportunities facing in the recruitment process for NGOs.
• Have the specific skills and experience that the Organization is looking for in a candidate.
• Have a wide variety of NGO contacts and candidates.
• Have well-defined strategy in sourcing qualified candidates.
• Ensure transparency in the recruitment process.
• Business acumen and market insight.

Selection Process

SNV will review all Proposals received in accordance with the guidelines and criteria in this solicitation. SNV reserves the right to exclude any Proposals that do not meet the guidelines. Please note that SNV is unable to provide detailed feedback to those Proposals that are not selected.

SNV will shortlist selected Proposals, and unsuccessful respondents will be notified. Successful applicants will be contacted by SNV.

We request that Proposal responses be free of any intellectual property that the applicant wishes to protect. Should offerors wish to include proprietary intellectual property that they believe would be helpful for SNV, please note the proprietary nature of such information. Costing information will be kept confidential and will not be shared beyond SNV.
