Call for Expression of Interest : "Support the localities in participatory local planning under NTP-SPR 2012-2015"

Project “Support for the implementation of Resolution No. 80/NQ-CP on directions for sustainable poverty reduction (2011 – 2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (NTP-SPR 2012 – 2015)” (hereafter referred as PRPP) invites interested National and International Consulting Companies, Institutions, NGOs, (hereafter called entities) to submit expression of interest for an agreementconsultancyservices PRPP plans to procure in 2012-2015 as per the Terms of Reference attached in Annex II.

Interested entities are required to provide the information in the template in Annex III andsubmit the expression of interest to the email: [email protected], no later than 15.00 hrs, 13th December, 2012 (Ha Noi time).

Interested entities may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub consultancy to enhance their qualifications.

PRPP will organize a pre-bid meeting for those who are interested to understand better the assignment on 14h00 on December 7th 2012 at Meeting Room at Fifth Floor, Social Protection Department, No 35, Tran Phu, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi, Vietnam.

The request for proposal will be provided to those who are interested and registered in this meeting and after the meeting.
