The USAID Support to End Tuberculosis Project is seeking a vendor to provide services to capture, print and interpret chest X-rays (CXR) using a digital mobile CXR truck. Please find the attached Call for quotations for more information.
Requirements
The vendor will provide digital X-ray services, which can be configured to transfer films to PACS (used to install AI applications in reading X-ray films). The vendor will transfer 100% of films to DICOM formatted for the project. The X-ray cart ensures the capacity of approximately 300 – 400 films per day, with a total of 7,000 X-ray films expected. The total price includes: Supplies, gas, doctors reading X-ray results and printing abnormal CXR films with TB-presumptive – Expected to account for 20% of the scans.
Performance period: From February to April, 2025.
Location: Health center, school or communal cultural house in Tay Ninh city and Go Dau district, Tay Ninh province.
Implementation method: The mobile CXR truck is moved to the health centers/wards or communal cultural houses in Tran De district. Each participant is given 1 straight CXR film to screen for Tuberculosis. Abnormal cases are performed under the instructions of the doctor in the examination team.
Deadline for submission: Please send a detailed quotation (quotation including all relevant taxes and fees) and clearly state the unit price before tax, VAT (if any) to the email address [email protected] before 5:00 PM December 13, 2024 with the subject line clearly stating “SET – Mobile CXR Truck-Tay Ninh”
Quotations must be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submission of quotations.

A fixed price procurement contract will be established in VND for the bidder whose bid is considered the best for FHI 360 (technically approved and competitively priced).
