HOW TO APPLY:

It is recommended that the consulting team submit bidding documents to email: [email protected] and copy email: [email protected] and [email protected] , with title “HAN-1543- HSQT – “Tap huan: Nang cao nang luc truyen thong thay doi hanh vi ve giam o nhiem nhua dai duong”, with the following documents: 

1. Work plan (including timeline, activities and deliverables), and staffing plan including CVs of individuals engaged in the project.
2. Financial proposal: funding based on average per day and other related costs for activities mentioned in section 8. Please refer to Appendix 1.
