Call for quotations: Produce and manage communication campaign for iPLAY project

Background

VVOB is a non-profit organization with over 35 years of experience in improving the quality of education systems from a rights-based perspective. VVOB has currently long-term partnerships with education actors in 9 countries in the South (Cambodia, DR Congo, Ecuador, Rwanda, South Africa, Suriname, Vietnam, Zambia and Uganda) and in Belgium/Flanders. Its annual budget is around 13 million euros.

In Vietnam, VVOB is currently implementing the following programmes/projects:

• Preschool Teachers Apply Language-rich Teaching Skills and Knowledge (TALK) (2022-2026)
• Integrating Play-based Learning Activities for Young learners (iPLAY) (2019-2023), funded by The LEGO Foundation.
• Blended Learning for Educators in a Global Network for Development (BLEND), funded by The LEGO Foundation.

VVOB is now seeking a company to perform the communication campaign for iPLAY project. 

Requirements

VVOB is inviting the service suppliers to come up with a signed quotation in English by e-mail to   [email protected] and [email protected]  by 04 January 2023, and mention in object: ‘quotation ref VVOB 2022 012 ’
