Call for Quotations

Aus4Equality|GREAT program, a socio-economic development initiative working in Son La and Lao Cai provinces and funded through the Government of Australia’s Aid Program in Vietnam is calling for quotations from qualified supplier to provide cars for Program.

Scope of service:

The purpose of this call for quotations is to provide 03 project vehicles: 4x4 The Vehicles will be mainly used for daily activities of GREAT Program including:

• 01 vehicle for the Programme Provincial Office in Lao Cai
• 01 vehicle for the Programme Provincial Office in Son La
• 01 vehicle for the Programme Office in Hanoi

Eligible supplier must:

• Has a business license & Authorization to import car accordingly to Vietnamese law

Submission of quotations:

The number of copies required for the tender is:

• 01 soft copy in .pdf format and
• 01 soft copy in word format

The submission of documents:

• Supplier business license & Authorization to import car
• Catalog
• Quotation (*)

The language of submission documents in Vietnamese or/and English.

Proposals must be sent to [email protected] before 17:00 May 16, 2019 with subject line “CAR – GREAT”. Late applications will be not considered.
