Car Rental Service Supplier

Currently, Caritas is offering an open tender for car rental services – to provide transport for their staff travelling to project sites (2-weekly from/to Hanoi and Quan Ba, Ha Giang, and other frequent field trips on request). Interested companies fulfilling relevant requirements are asked to apply (see details in the attached Service Profile).

Interested companies fulfilling the relevant requirements should send (1) their company profile, (2) quotations for different options in the attached excel file. The documents must be sent by post mail in a sealed envelope – to the following address: Caritas Switzerland in Vietnam, Room 120, Block A, La Thanh hotel, 218 Doi Can, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
