CCA Technical Lead

CRS is currently looking for the CCA Technical Lead to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or other advanced degree in Natural Resource Management, environmental studies, biodiversity conservation, protected area management, meteorology, or other relevant discipline.   
• Minimum of seven years of work experience working on climate change adaptation, disaster risk resilience, environment, and natural resource management sectors strongly preferred.  Climate Change experience in Southeast Asia preferred.
• Experience in capacity building of national climate stakeholders, including the development and production of curricula, tools, and other products to support climate change adaptation and programming. Demonstrated experience in transferring knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring, and other formal and informal methods. 
• Experience with program monitoring and evaluation including development of indicators, data collection tools and methodologies, data analysis, and data presentation.
