Chief Accountant; Project Officer
Established in 2002, the Center for Community Health Research and Development (CCRD) is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization working in research and communication for community health and development.
CCRD is seeking for 02 positions, details as bellows:
I. Chief accountant
1. Job Descriptions:
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role such as forecasting, budgeting
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to Board of Directors and donor as requests.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting by working closely with the operations and projectteams
- Issue project financial reports for review and approval.
- Maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies
- Perform other tasks requested by Director.
2. Requirements
- BA in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification
- Min 3-5 years’ relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in development projects is preferred.
- Excellent planning skills and able to interact with all levels and partners
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work under high pressure,good team-work skills
II. Project Officer
1. Job Descriptions:
- Support head of project unit in planning activities and implementing activities of the project department.
- Implement directly project activities.
- Deploy and participate in field surveys of project activities.
- Actively maintain and develop partnerships of the organization
- Organize events / seminars/ workshops
- Perform other tasks
- Support other departments as needed.
2. Requirements
- Master Degree in Public Health, Social Science, business administration, foreign trade, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam,
- Good communication skills, dynamic and enthusiasm.
- Good team-work skills
- Good English skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure, willing to go to the field.
- Experiences in managing and implementing development projects is preferred.
