Climate Change and Biodiversity Sector Specialists

Chemonics seeks senior and mid-level specialists for a long- or short-term position for an anticipated USAID-funded Climate Change and Biodiversity project.

Consultants should demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following technical areas:

• Biodiversity conservation
• Community livelihoods
• Payment for ecosystem services (PES)
• Climate smart agriculture
• Sustainable forestry
• Agroforestry
• Public-private partnerships
• Protected area management
• Community-based NRM
• Watershed management

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum seven years of working experience in natural resources management, wildlife conservation, and forestry on donor-funded projects
• Fluency in English required
