Samaritan’s Purse is a Christian humanitarian organization providing aid to hurting people around the world. With a sustainable history working in Vietnam, Samaritan’s Purse has developed strong relationships with partners to conduct projects in 6 sectors: health, WASH, education, protection, livelihood and relief.

Samaritan’s Purse in Vietnam’s projects are being implemented in Hanoi, Quang Nam, the central province of Vietnam, Tra Vinh, the south of Vietnam and across the northern provinces of Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Lai Chau where the majority of people are from ethnic minority groups, often the most vulnerable or marginalized sections of the population.

We are now seeking highly qualified candidate for the following position:

Position Title:                CLTS Trainer       

Grade:                           Independent Collaborator

Position Duration:         01/08/2022 - 31/08/2022

Duty Station:                 Cau Ngang district, Tra Vinh

Reports To:                   South Area Manager

Job Summary:

Conduct 2 ToT on Community-led Total Sanitation (CLTS) for 60 village officers.

Deliverables of the work:

• The lesson plan is completed
• Training materials and tools prepared
• Two training course were organized:
• The outcomes of post-test need to meet these following requirements:
  
  • 90% trainees pass the theory post-test and got the good & excellent scores
  • 90% trainees pass the practical post-test and got the good & excellent score
  • Score Ranges: Average 0-5.9/10. Good: 6.0-8.4/10. Excellent: 8.5-10/10
• Submit the training report, photos of training, and document/materials of training after the training course completed within 03 days.

Required:

• Skilled and experienced in ToT training on Community-led Total Sanitation (CLTS).
• Experienced in NGOs’ community-based projects
• Strong willingness and passion to help the poor and disadvantaged.

Samaritan's Purse in Vietnamis a Christian nonprofit organization. Candidates having working experience in a similar kind of organization will be an advantage.
