Summary of duties:

Under the direction of the Management and Consular Officer, is responsible for the delivery of the following common services:  property and facilities management, material management and procurement, and contracting.  Duties include: planning and administering services related to the management and maintenance of the Consulate General’s office and residential properties; planning and administering the supply and maintenance of required furnishings, equipment and appliances; developing and maintaining a broad network of contacts and contracts with suppliers and contractors; providing advice and guidance to a diverse base of clients; researching and drafting reports and planning documents/project plans; supervising other locally?engaged staff directly; preparing the annual estimates for property and material budgets, monitoring and reporting on budget expenditures against forecasts; maintaining statistics and records of property and procurement value; monitoring local property market; and performing other duties.
