Position: Communication Officer

Introduction of ABG:
ABG Leadership Institute is a non-profit organization, active in the field of leadership training, research and development for the young generation of Vietnam. Training activities have been implemented since 2013 with the ABG Open Young Leaders Program for potential young people in many fields. The ABG Education Young Leadership Program has been implemented since 2021 exclusively for young cadres working in the field of education. In 2022, ABG will conduct training of young leaders for the healthcare sector (ABG Healthcare) and the public administration sector (ABG PolicyMaker). The program creates conditions for potential young people to participate in dialogues with leading industry speakers, helping them to broaden their horizons, develop leadership capacity and build a spirit of dedication.
ABG is looking for 1 communication officer with the following contents:
Achievable targets:
Coordinating and directly implementing communication activities at project and program level; participate in implementing organizational-level communication activities in accordance with the Institute's communication plan.
1. Main tasks:
- Develop communication plans for projects and programs;
- Coordinating implementation of communication activities of the program/project (organization of media events, project documents, films, media publications...);
- Directly manage the organization's communication channels including online communication;
- Management of promotional items, gifts (including design, proposal, quantity management, usage reporting);
- Participating in partnership management (departments, media partners, press);
- Support in brand building and development (including brand identity design, copyright registration, trademark protection);
- Participate in supporting other activities of the organization as assigned.
2. Requirements:
- Qualification: bachelor's degree in journalism - communication, humanities, social sciences, marketing communication or related field;
- Have at least 5 years of experience in communication, especially related to education - training;
- Having relevant journalism and communication skills (writing news articles, press releases, managing social media tools;
- Experience in designing, editing and publishing publications, media, press releases, using graphic design software, video editing, etc.
- Experienced in brand management;
- Having skills in aesthetic thinking and teamwork;
- Knowledge of macroeconomic management, education, health care, public policy, etc. is an advantage;
- Likes to work with young people, has good communication ability with experts and leaders;
- Love to learn and expand knowledge and vision to develop yourself and willing to contribute to non-profit social activities.
