Communications Specialist
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is seeking applicants for the position of Communications Specialist to be based in Bangkok, Thailand as part of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Lowering Emissions in Asia’s Forests (LEAF) program. The responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the attached position description.

GENERAL:

The Lowering Emissions in Asia’s Forests (LEAF) Program, a five-year cooperative agreement, is funded by the USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA). LEAF is being implemented by Winrock International (Winrock), in partnership with SNV – Netherlands Development Organization, Climate Focus and The Center for People and Forests (RECOFTC). The USAID LEAF program began in 2011 and will continue until the beginning of 2016.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
The annual salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Excellent benefits include life, disability and medical insurance, retirement, and other normal Winrock benefits. No living allowances or relocation allowances will be provided with this position.
